Engine started, but wheels not turn when accelerated

My 2013 PCX had about 10,000 miles on. Yesterday my wife rides to work as usual, but just one block from home, bike not move anymore, she had to walk it home. When I'm home, I started engine on, it had some cranking/dried noise and I tried to accelerate, wheels not roll and noise still from engine. Is this something wrong with the Final Drive or belt, gear, or transmission? Any help will appreciated.

I definitely have to open it and check it out, hopefully it's not transmission problem. And thanks for the YouTube link

You can get the little forward crank case cover off without removing the lower panel if you have a small ratchet... good luck. Let us see too, inquiring minds want to know

My first guess with that mileage is broken belt. You should be able to change it yourself. I am sure one of us would help if we were near by, but you don't have your location in your profile. Do us and yourself a favor and add it, please.

Transmission on these scooters built to last, and has separate oiling - very unlikely to have any problems there. At least I have never heard of any gearbox issues so far (other than some aftermarket parts gelling loose but still operating) to an extent rendering a bike static.

I would suspect a belt problem as well, but you won't know for sure until you open it up, as you suggest.
PS - Could you add your location as a part of your profile? It helps us to be better able to help you. Thanks.

Dollars to donuts it's just the belt. 10k miles is a bit on the short side, but if you've ridden it hard or if it dried out or whatnot, that can change the life expectancy.
It's not a big deal. Easy to fix as others have suggested.

It is the belt broken! I got the belt shipped, tried to replace, but having issue remove
the clutches until buying the impact wrench

But now, my starter not start at all. I recharged the battery fully, but when turn ignition on, not all light indicators on, specially the PGM-FI light, normally it on Yellow then off then I can start the engine, but today it's not on, and starter didn't make any sound.
Did I do something wrong when replacing the belt?

Did you try to start the bike with the side cover off so that you could see if anything is happening? Also, the side stand switch is touchy, so are sure you didn't pull any wires loose.
