Tyre Sealant

Does/Has anyone carry the combined tyre sealant and inflator in an aerosol can? Or has anyone added the slime to their tyres to help keep the tyre inflated in case of a puncture.

I want to help protect my PCX 150 when traveling round Europe, the rear tyre looks a right pain in the arse to remove to get repaired. Not thinking of a permanent repair, more a get you home thing.

I have one of these kits. Haven't needed to use it yet so can't review it.

My boxer cup has one of these under the seat hump. Had to use it once in 12 years. Worked perfectly although I didn't remove the wood screw causing the puncture, just reinflated the tyre.

I hate to say this because it will cause all sorts of clucking but you can also use a self tapping screw as a get you home method. Golden rule if you want to get home and the tyre is still up is (within the bounds of common sense) just leave it there and reinflate. If it's flat and has a small nail in it then remove it, pop a self tapper in it and reinflate.

Clearly you don't do the Manx after this.
