I thinking replacing the original with 110front and 120back...

is this option OK?

The PCX seller has a option available of Michelin 100front 110back, which is a bit narrower than I want.

You could try Michelin Street Pilot in 110/80-14 & 120/70-14 if available.

No.
They are the wrong sizes.
