Hey Tinz, welcome to the forums!
It's the same when warm as cold, only you'll be a lot colder than riding in your car.

The PCX doesn't have much in terms of wind protection stock. I recommend a Givi tall windshield and a Tucano Urbano Thermoscud R082 to keep your legs warm.
No bike will do you much good on ice, other than a dual sport. If you're planning on riding in snow and ice, you don't want a scooter, or anything designed for the street for that matter. If you still want good economy in a dual sport, I recommend the Suzuki DR200. It gets up to 120mpg US, although most people see 80-90mpg.

Agreed... not gonna do well (or do anything) in the snow/ice. As far as just cold temperatures, it is liquid cooled and fuel injected...so she'll start every time (...and she's a Honda), so no worries there. Your biggest concern should just keeping yourself warm! Wear gloves and plenty of warm (but bright and visable) clothing, jacket, etc. As Maddiedog mentioned, you will likely find that you'll want to invest in a windscreen.
I was definitely wishing I had one today while riding the PCX along at 50 mph on a chilly and very windy day (and by chilly I mean the low 60s). Lol. Anything colder than that and I'm snuggling inside my car with the heater cranked up.

It'll probably be four or five months till it gets that warm again here.
Today on the way home it was 8°C ( 46°F ) which was positively roasting compared to last night's 3.5°C (38°F) which made me think it was nearly time for sticking the thermal lining back in my bike suit.
The PCX runs sweet as you like in the cold, but I reckon it uses a tiny bit more fuel.
Mine has been used in sub-zero conditions many times.

It dipped down into the 40s Monday night and into this morning... it's supposed to start warming up by tomorrow afternoon. This would be our first official minor cold front of the season. Sure is a nice relief from summer, but you can be sure I was enjoying it from the warmth of my Accord... lol. Usually I'll take the car in the morning and then go home and switch it out for the bike during my lunch hour (I'm only 4 miles from work) after the sun has come up and warmed things up. Although I do LOVE to ride as much as I can, I guess I'm just not as much of a die hard as some others.
