Good morning, my personal pcx project here.
I have the motorcycle a little more than 3 months I bought with 16 thousand kilometers at the moment it has 27 thousand and a few kilometers, the topic is in Portuguese if you wish I can pass it to English ...

Good people
Today and as I was not really keen to stay on the sofa, I started to assemble the new material that arrived for the "new" engine of the pcx this engine is a esp of 2012/2013 ...
To start a little difficult to find the engine point and the right citio screws, because the engine came all disassembled ...
When I bought the engine the "old" owner told me that the reason he was selling the engine is that at the time the engine had a metallic tinplate and they did not find out what it was, but they thought it was from the crankshaft after walking a few days To analyze and to ask for help to a mechanic known from motorbikes in iron fernao, we arrived at the same conclusion that was the problem of the motor of the crankshaft was not !!!
Today when starting to mount the engine without wanting to think I have encountered the problem .. but in fact I do not know if I think it is for the following question ...
1st the piece is half loose, and thus has no meaning ...
2º has marks of walking to hit "for lacking a shaft" or metallic peg "as you can see in the photo below ...
3rd of the idea that this is an advance for the exhaust valve ...
For while I was here in the engine assembly ..
New gasket kit
New piston kit
And we'll see but the cam tree will have to be new ... ~~

This app shows the maximum speed of the scooter
This APP shows the maximum speed of the motorcycle as well as its inclination in degrees .... the maximum that I got was today morning in descent 130kh of gps .. the motorcycle passes slightly of the 140kh, has an error of about 12kh .. .

Very nice looking PCX! How well does it run? I can't read Portuguese but the picture above looks good, so I am hoping you solved your problems and have it running well now.

Today after washing "is what is written on top of the last pictures" about the problems I had to motor "when I ordered the assembly scheme" was not for this engine but for an extra engine I bought "precise version" of Buy the cam tree "that is where the engine problem is ..
But even so I rode it almost all .. thanks ..
This is so at this time .. "the new engine" esp "

Since my 13 years that I do mechanics of motorcycles at 22/23 I started to make mechanics cars that is my time,. But in reality I work on maintenance of a desktop park ..lol

I've really been coming here ...
My pcx has been very good and I already have 33,000 km in less than a year.
After the malossi variator (complete kit) I decided to increase the power further .. "it is meant"
I just bought these pieces in the photo
But my problem stays in the rotation cut !!
Back to give in relation to this ??

Hi. I bring some more news, I put new levers in blue, mirrors also in blue aluminum the steering wheel weights in blue too, I have to paint the rims of blue and put the ribbons in red and gray on the rims ..
however since 25/08/2017 is in the customs the longest box kit, the longest drive torque, and the variator poly with a different angle .. I will see if I can put the photos
I forgot to mount a yss g4 that are very good to walk with hangs the load index starts at 70kg ... which alone makes the bike a little too rough .. but now it is not back to give ...

Hi. Good morning from Portugal. this past weekend, I've been doing some engine comparisons between pcx. my pcx is 2010 and the other test engine I have here in stock is the 2012 (ESP), I have come to the conclusion that the injector level, and the whole throttle body of the intake is all the same just differs the plugs , both injectors charge the same amount, maybe there are differences at the electronic level or at the gearbox level. (I have not tested it yet). however from the original air filter I made an air filter with malossi sponge (it comes cheaper and the result is amazing), the bike responds better and in high it goes very well ... finally follows a video with some gasada, malossi variator kit, with dr Polly drums of 13gr, malossi air filter and malossi strap, as well as poly of the inverted wheel, the motorcycle does 130kh ... I take advantage of it and I also say that I made with the one left of the sponge an air filter for the entrance of air that goes to the variador, since it is not the first time that I find there small stones ... good curves to all ...
