Rear brake system. How to access the front inner mechanism?

I need access to the rear braking system from the front of the bike, where are the parts to which the cable and brake is attached that comes out from the lever.
Does anyone know of any video tutorial where they explain it?
The problem is that I have the new rear shoes, and although I play with the cam tensioner the cable does not pull with enough force and I go without rear brakes.
If I look down from the front forks I can see the mechanism where the problem is but there is no access. Dismantle the entire front, dome, headlights and plastics.
I could use some help.
A greeting and thanks to all.

Remove the screen, remove the black plastic clock shroud beneath the screen, remove the trim which runs above the headlight across the front.
This gives just enough access to adjust the mechanism with some short spanners. Access is still a bit tight but it can be done.

Being honest, I don't. Unless somebody else posts, the best bet is remove the plastic as described above, and you will see which of the hoses runs from the combined brake mechanism down to the front caliper.
Will see if I can find a diagram to help

(1) First rear brake cable connecting to the equalizer
(4) second rear brake cable connecting to the equalizer

CAUTION: I hate talking about brakes in here... do be careful.
The green circle would appear to give additional adjustment to the (first) rear brake cable and not the (second) which is where you are needing to gather up some slack. To adjust the lock nut and thumbnail in the green circle would be WRONG in my opinion as that would set the master CBS equalizer out of calibration.
PLEASE look for a lock nut and thumbnail on the second rear brake cable below the green circle #5
The picture and the SM do not show me or look like there is an adjustment and that would indicate to me your second rear brake cable has stretched beyond its limits and its time to replace the cable.
