Dear fellow members,
Some maintanance parts for the pcx like 4-stroke engine oil, polish wax, fuses, dot 3 or 4 brake fluid, coolant, etc you can relatively easy find in local shops as original Honda brand or good alternatives.
But what with the front and rear tires, spark plug, oil filter?, brake pads, ...
Where do you guys and girls go buy or order that at a good price?
Best regards,
Dimitri

Mr. Google is usually very helpful in this regard.
For me it's:
Oponeo for tyres.
Ebay for everything else.

Thank you for your fast reply.
I see that Oponeo only has the rear tire for the pcx.
Do you have any idea what type of lamps fit in the pcx, i mean in size. Or is this standard size for any motorbike?
How often do you have to clean the oil filter? Fuel and air filter also?
Best regards,
Dimitri

Oponeo have both tyres.

As for frequency of servicing tasks, it's all listed in the user manual.
Since I bought mine in October 2010 the only thing I've done is put fuel in it, washed it a few times and painted the exhaust and A bracket with black barbeque paint.
Everything else has been taken care of by dealer servicing.

Welcome to the forums, Dimitri!
Here is the schedule for maintenance:
http://hondapcx.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=323. It lists intervals for oil changes and air filter cleanings.
I think the lamps are relatively standard. Some users have replaced them with ones off Ebay. I haven't had to touch mine yet.

Thank you for the info ...
I have a new 2012 (esp engine) pcx ... got just 850 km now.
Today i bought 10W40 engine oil (Total) and dot 4 brake fluid.
You had some cheaper and some more expensive oil in that category. The shop keeper said the
more expensive becomes less soon fluid then the cheaper. Semi-synthetic ...
It has the SL/CF specification.
The engine coolant i wanted to buy had ethylene glycol in it. So it did not fit the Honda pcx according to the manual.
They had red and blue coolant in the shop but all contained ethylene glycol.
Tyres I will buy online. Then I have spare tyres on 8000 km :-)
Lamps I still have to look for.
The NGK spark plug was not available in the shop. They found no compatible Champion spark plug in their catalogue.
So end of the week ... first oil change :-)

Hmm, I was under the impression all coolant had ethylene glycol.
Pretty much any silicate-free coolant should work in most cooling systems, the PCX included. My friend's dirt bike has been running on a mix of gatorade and creek water as the coolant for over a year, no issues.
