Hi all,

So is no one managing clubpcx anymore?

Main reason i'm on this one is because there are few active users here and no spam

Yep I notice this morning and posted on there about it and no one seams to care....

Sad really I HATE spanners.

Looks like the situation is mostly back under control now... Almost all the spam is gone.

If you want to buy a kitchen unit or unlocked galaxy then clubpcx is the place to be

Just peeped over there again. Went to "Anything Goes" board and Still topics flow about spiders and unrelated PCX topics. I had pm'd the owner of the forum (PCX?) weeks ago about the spam, but never received a response. Guess it doesn't matter what trash remains on board. Sad, because members there want "it" the forum to keep afloat. Ah well, wha-da-ya gonna do?

I tried to buy the site recently after the owner went off on one an asked for someone to take it off his hands

Price inevitably rose and I gave up after his line that it got more posts than this site. Well it may do but most of them are tinned meat

Shame as it could be a good site too

that site is not worth anything at the moment except to the russian drug mafia who seem to post there a lot. Well done Dave for moderating this site.

Well a lot of the spams eminate from russian ip addresses, are in russian (or a similar language) or advertise dates with russian chicks. So I imagine the mafia

Looks like all the spams in russian or for russian chicks wanting a 'date' have been removed fairly quickly so if you didn't see those I can see why you would be confused.

Okay Taz, all makes sense now. I never saw the Russian chick-chatter over there. Guess I missed that crap! Lucky me.

The site hit the tank hard. I quit looking at it a while ago.

there was always a lot of spam on that site that would sit there for days. i wonder how many sites they are 'managing' to try to peddle their wares? it was always obvious that they were in it for the business. it is good that we have this site as an alternative!

wow, even got a spam to my private message a/c on clubpcx today. And the site sent me an email about the message. Anyone else get that?

I tried signing up there but my request to become a member is still pending after a week... I signed up here instead.
