I appreciate clearing and muck/glazing as shown, but not sure what they have done with spacing of the nut on the clutch and the feeler gauge - anyone know what they are saying or doing in that respect?

Beats me. I'd perhaps put that in the category of "just because someone on the internet says something doesn't mean that it's necessarily true".

It meant to make sure the nuts sits squares on the spacer. They file the nut face. (My Indonesian is a bit rusty)

Appears to be an issue with a slight wobble in the axle clutch shaft. He is correcting it by altering the crown of the nut to compensate. The wobble is apparently causing a vibration as the rotational balance is elliptical . After grinding down the face of the nut he compensates for the high spot when torqued it becomes more true . He also sanded down the clutch pads and the bell surfaces for better and smoother grip. This method reduces the vibration.
