Hello all. I'm new to this forum. I purchased a pcx in red brand new two days ago from a main Honda dealer.Currently on 33 miles. I've noticed when wheeling the bike it sounds like the front brake pads are rubbing against the disc. Is this normal? It had its pdi. Ive lifted the front slightly and the front wheel doesn't spin freely. Any advice or comments welcomed. Cheers.

Take it back and get the dealer to fix it. They should have done a pre delivery check so should adjust it at no charge.

It's not normal. The front brake pads should touch, but offer no resistance. If you put the bike on the centerstand and have someone hold the rear end down so that the front wheel is off the ground, you should be able to spin the front wheel with no resistance. You should be able to spin it, let go, and have it do a few rotations before coming to a stop.
