I've suddenly developed an interest in 3D printers.

She's actually tech savvy, and make unboxing a whole new sport :D :D

Heck. . .the way things are going you'll be able to download programs to make things on home-based 3-D printers instead of going to the store. :geek:

3d printed stuff is pretty rough looking and needs a fair amount of finishing work done if you want it to look any good. A bit like Naomi... :o

Aside from that pink double bubble that is sometimes in the way, have you noticed the, ah, size of that printer? The 3D printers that I have seen displayed in stores have been about half that size.
