Motorcycle Safety Foundation (U.S. roadways). Two online tests here:
http://www.msf-usa.org/riderperception/
You can set the speed viewing/answering each frame (slow med fast). It's fun. Sharpen your senses and Good luck ;)

On my first tries, I got an 18/20 on fast on the road signs (didn't know one of the signs), and am pissed at the fact that I got a 18/20 on the perception on fast. HOW IS BEING BEHIND A HIGHWAY PATROL CAR LESS RELEVANT THAN A NEW LANE?!

Despite never having ridden in the US and the language barrier I managed 19/20 on the perception test.

Ha PCX-rider! Why do I not believe you? Now tell us, how did you Really do? (I'm betting on good ;)
and @ gn2: A star goes across the pond for you (picture a thumbs up smiley here). Are your road signs similar there? What speed did you set your test at?
Dave, I haven't tried fast on the perception test yet, so I haven't seen that screen. Signs are 19/20 for me (fast) and perception 19/20 (medium). I'll keep at it.
Are there any other online link tests we can practice at whilst staying cozy inside this winter? Gosh it's going to be a long wait to ride again :( we just had a Noreaster storm the other day with winds 60mph. Today, by noon I'll see the White stuff (and it won't be my bike!!!)

I've driven in the US and some of the truck drivers are mental. Driving too close and undertaking. I know undertaking is legal but if your not used to it it's wierd.

Forgive my dialectical ignorance. What is undertaking?

Here on this side of the planet an undertaker is a mortician. So I would supposed if you are badly undertaken, you could then be taken to an undertaker, no?

Over taking on the inside instead of the outside of you. In the uk you can only overtake on the right. We drive on the left.

Yeah, they drive Crazy here in NY, they tailgate bad. Florida not so good either. There you have to keep close eyes on the old timers. They truly think they Own the road. Drifting clear across several lanes, not looking...also pulling out from side roads ever so slowly in front of moving traffic o_O Causing accidents while they travel along their merry way. You know what I'm saying. God bless them though ;)
As for B.Bandit.....do you have signs for "puppy crossing"...."swamp ahead"..."caution, mud" etc.?
Wait a minute (tapping foot), You know US signs :D Think California. Give that test another try "mate!" :ugeek:
