Hi all,
i wonder how many of the rider here feel the 'delay' in acceleration when reaching 20~30kmh on every ride after starting from cooled engine? Every morning and new ride from point A to B always felt a delay in acceleration. When i ran hot enough, the feeling is gone... i wonder do you guy know what i mean?

not really come across that being delayed between that range.
i just twist with approx 20-40% throttle and its normally enough to get me to speed.

What do you mean delay? Does the engine stall, or is there just not a lot of power?
My PCX has strong, smooth acceleration all the way up, with the last 10-15mph taking the longest to get to 55mph.

the 'delay' feeling is like when you open the throttle normally and the scooter starts to go, remain at the throttle and when coming to little over 20kmh mark, the scooter engine will feel like a pull back and refuse to go over 25kmh, unless you open more on the throttle. and most time even with more throttle, the scooter will jerk and jerk until (if) the engine is warm enough to go fast.
I checked with my other pcx rider friend, he said that is to prevent damage to pcx?? is a feature than a defect... his pcx is thailand import a model before eSP model.
