In the low areas it was chilly this morning - mirrors fogged and then cleared repeatedly.
Air is fresh - cool - smelling the new-cut alfalfa.
I'd love to poke around a big city at daybreak, too - but that ain't going to happen.

I think this was day #2 on this scooter.

Be watchful for the deer at sunup /sundown, bud. I had a friend die from infections after a deer hit him from the side and knocked him off his bike onto cinders.

I should have gone early this morning.

I just came down the Coquihalla from 4000 ft in a really bad thunderstorm with hail. There was mud crossing the 4 lane highway. The puddles were really deep. The bow wave from the bus in front of me was higher than the bus. The ambulances and tow trucks were heading the opposite way into the storm.

What a mess. It was sunny and warm back home in Hope. I was soaking wet though.

I checked my lottery ticket when I calmed down and I won a free ticket for next week. Who knows!!!
