Forza 125 engine blown

My sons 2016 Forza 125 has broken camshaft which came out through engine housing. Question: Does a PCX 125 engine fit on a Forza? There are plenty of used PCX engines on offer but cannot find a Forza 125

Highly unlikely a PCX engine will fit without major work.
