Install sounds better, but I cleaned my rims with soap, water, then alcohol then stuck them on. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so getting these perfectly symetrical is impossible. But not noticeable for the most part. The 14” (pre-curved and cut 8” tip to tip) sized strips is correct. Towards the end I was getting impatient and accepting of the minor imperfections so I was applying it a lot quicker. I didn’t overlap more than a quarter inch and didn’t mess up enough to waste any. So I ended up with about two full strips (1 uncut). I’m happy with them, I’ll see tonight if it’s as reflective as the hype (and price)! It set me back $35.

Looks really nice. Hopefully you will not need to test their reflectivity in an oncoming car's headlights, since t-boning would be the outcome of failure. Still - it should help while parked. Except it looks great even in the day, and so is totally worth it. Nice, but probably frustrating, job, but you will NEVER be that close again.

You'd be surprise at how well reflective wheel tapes work at night. You do not need to be anywhere near fully-side-on to car lights to be seen.
And they are not too hard to install. Spray 'em with a bit of soapy water - slide 'em into place - grab the next one. Pat 'em dry. Ride the next day.

Also can be had with your choice of logos, colors of logos, print style, number of logos per wheel side, etc., etc. But do get the reflective ones, pre curved for ea. of your wheel sizes.

It was pretty easy. Just clean your rims really good before you start applying. Each strip is a precut 8” piece. I just eyeballed where on the rim I wanted to stick it to (a little higher than midway) and just started applying. Once I knew I couldn’t get it perfectly semetrical, I just accepted it and continued. I haven’t had my wife take any dusk or night pics of me riding with them yet. So idk how they actually look with light reflecting off of them. I can see other people’s pics online and all that, but I wanna see mine. There are cheaper reflective rim tape out there, I just don’t have personal experience with them. I guess I gotta get my wife to take some pics of me at night to really know if the premium price was actually worth it.
