Headlights are noticeably flickering at IDLE..

Last month only less than 2 months old 4500K bulb has been burned, before that happened I noticed this flickering while at idle, and now this morning, I got my battery died (I thought because I washed the bike yesterday and might had a some kind of short), then after charging the battery I realized the flickering is still there and the replacement bulb I used(my old Stanley HS5) is also burned.. Is it related to my regulator/rectifier?

if all you battery connections and ecm connections are clean and tight then check your voltage output . Start the bike and run voltage meter on the bat terminals.. See what voltage you have.. How old is the battery ?

It changes the values between 13.xxV-14.xxV.. However it was around 12.56V before I start the engine.. I will check the manual and do as you said.. However my Odometer light is also flickering along and just found out my brake light is also dead :/

Three concerns.. Check Grounds for tightness and ECM plugs.. Try another known good battery if available.Swap it out with a friends just to see. Charging system (rectifier)(CDI) could be the culprit as you propose.
The stator produces A/C current which is alternating off and on (pulses). The rectifier corrects this to D/C voltage (Direct and continuous current)and is steady. If the lights are pulsing could very well mean a diode is burned in the rectifier and not converting back to DC (continuous) current. Hence the burning out of the bulbs due to high current pulses.

I would check for those, however it would be somehow difficult to find another battery, I will let you know once I have the check the other things, by the way, if a diode is burned in the rectifier then it means do I have to replace the whole unit or repair is possible with that unit? I might have known someone who could do it for me if it's possible.. Thanks a lot for the reply, it makes sense about the burned bulbs now

I have looked at my wiring diagram and I don't see a diode represented in it anywhere, and yet I k ow for certain that it uses them. That makes me wonder if they are built into the starter. If that is the case then you have two choices. Either replace the starter or have someone try to take it apart and see if they can locate the diodes.

Here is part of the wiring diagram. It has the starter/alternator. Maybe someone on this thread can find the diodes. I can't.

If you can't, then there is no way I would find them. I don't have 10% of your experience with these things.. Thankfully, I'll check the grounds with this diagrams.. Appreciate it..

I can attach the other half of the diagram once I get home. We are out and about right now, so I am sending this from my phone.
