You have leaves......
Or maybe some cold rain.....
But it gets real exciting when you have both, eh?
Gotta love scootering riding in the fall, and in the dark!

Ah, the things I do in the dark.
If I don't get off my ass it will be dark here before I get the damn scooter out.

Those are some Really Nice pictures! I always love the pictures you take. As far as leaves falling here, it hasn't started yet. Granted, there are some that have fallen, but it isn't prime time for it yet. As for rain, I hope we get some soon.
I won't be riding MY bike for a while because I have it torn apart in the basement again. (I kind of like taking it apart and adding things to it. It makes me feel like I am accomplishing something, though my bones don't like some of the positions i get in so that i can reach up into the wheel well now.)
I can still ride my wife's bike.

Thanks Mel.
Best @$25 I've spent on myself these past few years was the 6' long, thick black foam exercise matt I purchased at Dick's Sporting Goods. The trim & shapely young gals at the check-out counter were impressed by my apparent commitment to physical health!
Although, the last time I attempted a sit-up was in 1987, when I dropped a starter in my groin under my VW bus.
These pads are great for floor scooter work!
I did doze off on the last Liberty150i valve check....until called for lunch.

We have rugs on the basement floor, and my wife has purchased a little roll around stool for me, but getting up under the bike requires that I get on my back and twist around to get my hand up under the front tire. So then she bought me one of those rolling creepers, but do you think I would remember to use it? Nope. Old habits die hard.

The only thing I found that I have to get way underneath the bike for is when I need to reconnect the exhaust pipe to the engine. However now I just use a deep socket with the nut kept at the top by painters tape, and a big hand mirror underneath the bike. Makes it simple to re-connect the pipe.
