Hello,
I have the 2018 model of a PCX (Latest UK) and the service system has changed from previous models. I was told at my first service see you in/at 4000 miles. Can anybody inform me if the service is due a) when the bike reaches 4000 miles or b) 4000 miles from the previous service.

Thanks
MedicPCX

Umm, you should have got a user manual with the bike and that has the service interval and checklist in it.

My understanding is option a, service due at 4000 miles on odometer.
But you will get replies saying b.
Only reply that matters is the one you get from Honda UK in writing after you ask them.

I previously owned a 2017 PCX.

At 600 miles the engine and final drive oil should be changed and it sounds like you had that done. Cleaning the oil pump screen is a good idea also.

You should have indeed received an owner's manual with your PCX. All the scheduled maintenance is listed in it. However the detailed "how to" info is in the service manual which cost's extra.

From what I've read, in the U.K. the scheduled maintenance is different than in the U.S..

Good luck with your PCX! :D

The schedule is the same but the warranty conditions and consumer protection laws are vastly different.
You could say there's an ocean of difference between them.
