Re: 2011 PCX in need of more power. Suggestions for a bb kit

.eu site or not it is unclear to me if this still ships from Thailand. Be prepared to shell out 20%+ on customs when it arrives, let us know ... Just a little update, but a not a good one I am afraid. I haven't ordered the kit yet, and most likely won't. You see, my employer has decided to send me ...

Re: 2011 PCX in need of more power. Suggestions for a bb kit

*D'oh!* I just found out that Yuminashi has also an EU site. The parts mentioned earlier were from their other site and there was no mention "essentials kit". Well, maybe there was but then I missed it. I think this is the around 300 pound whole kit lolofigo mentioned. Seems that it has ev...

Re: 2011 PCX in need of more power. Suggestions for a bb kit

Hi there, Thanks for the recommendation. Good to hear that the upgrades make a nice difference from the stock! At the moment I'm thinking of the following items: 1) 164cc cylinder kit (12103-KWN-600A) 2) 2-Valve Spring Racing Conversion set (14752-KWN-000) 3) camshaft CNC X250RR 8.6 (14100-KWN-25086...

2011 PCX in need of more power. Suggestions for a bb kit?

Howdy all, Since Honda in its infinite wisdom does not import Forza 300 to Finland, I think I'll have no other choice than tinker with my 2011 PCX 125. Currently she has Malossi Multivar 2000 (+ the clutch spring that came with the set) and Malossi exhaust. She's peppy enough in the city, but could ...

Re: New owner of 2011 non esp needing recommendations

About roller weights.

Do you have the 125cc or 150cc model? I have the Malossi Multivar 2000 in my year 2011 125cc PCX and it came with two sets of rollers (3x10,5g and 3x12,5g). I use the recommended 10,5g rollers as Malossi recommends the heavier 12,5g rollers for 150cc model.

Re: How do I know if I need a new Belt?

I think the only way to know for sure is to open the transmission cover and measure the width of the belt. The belt's dimensions for our scooters are (L) 816mm x (H) 10mm x (W) 22mm. While the cover is open you may want to check the rollers, too, if you have not done so before. The instructions how ...

Re: Faster acceleration at lower speeds

Thanks for sharing your experience! I guess I'll better save my money and not order Malossi belt. Just a moment ago I changed the clutch spring (yellow) that came with the kit, but have not had the time to test it yet. "One clutch spring does not PCX a rocket make", but every little bit he...

Re: Faster acceleration at lower speeds

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I have a question related to the Malossi Multivar 2000 that has been discussed in this thread. The original belt's dimensions are 22x10x816 , right? But on Malossi store the PCX 125/150 belt (ie. Malossi X K belt item number 6114895 ) has listed dimensions of 22...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!

The new Forza 125 has quite a lot more power compared to the PCX 125. Has any of you come across a cylinder head for our beloved PCX that has four-valves? If, and I know it's a HUGE if, the new Forza's cylinder head fits the PCX cylinder... more oomph for peanuts! Well, couple hundred bucks at the m...
