haha ok, sliders it is then! and the only 'mods' i have are my exhaust. Looking at getting a malossi 2000 vario at some point in the distant future.

sorry for being unhelpfull, I did talk to a friend before changing and his options were to take it off (so much easier to work with) and sand it, then use some VHT Paint (various colours available from auto shops) and spray it with 3 coats, It dries sort of matte. Alternatively you could get it sand...

Can't say i've noticed as i now have a stainless exhaust but before i changed it did look a bit pitted.

I seem to average about 100-110 miles on a full tank. that is commuting at around 40-50mph and the odd 5 min speed run to the horse yard at 60-asfastasitgoes...

That's it with the 'zorst on, when you give it WOT, It hurts lol especially if in a tunnel but if you only twist what you need its acceptable volume, I often use it to alert pedestrians haha!
