Short people got no reason to live...
gse123 gave me a great idea for this poll! I see a lot of threads about tall riders and their hump problems, but I like my hump, thank you!

When at home and its parked in the cave under the house I slide down a chute onto it the same way as Virgil Tracy gets into Thunderbird 2.
If I'm away from home I use a Joe 90 jetpack to lift me up over it then gently descend onto the seat.

Four decades on two wheels has taught me nothing, all advice given is guaranteed to be wrong

Re: Short people got no reason to live...
I have all the gear on and I have lower back issues so swinging my right leg over the seat is impossible (I remember the days when I could Now, I step through, sit then get cozied in. It takes away from the initial "get up and go" factor, but once the throttle turns, I'm.....

haha! Yeah I find the hump location on the seat perfect for me. I think I wouldn't like it if it wasn't there actually.

Where is the tall person option!
I just swing my leg over avoiding pets, kids and midgets?

Still undecided after two weeks
Re: Short people got no reason to live...
If I lift my leg up and step over the lower section to get on the bike, I end up catching the fuel cap 'lid' with the heel of my boot. As a result it has some nice scratches in the plastic there already

I got the same problem. I'm only 5' 5" so a proper short arse. I may have to get a nice sticker to put there so that gets scuffed instead?
On the other hand being short and weighing next to nothing, my bike hardly notices i'm there and flies along gets top fuel consumption so all is well
