So, in answer to the YouTube videos:

Steering head Bearings,
Wheel bearings,
clutch BEARING.
Was that bike abused or just caught in a flood? Either of those would do it. Start from the front and replace every BEARING, and use lots of good grease. Don't forget the center stand.

To be honest
I think I got done over when I bought it
I don't have anyone to help me when buying a bike.
If I had the money
Would sell on and buy a better condition one

It actually runs still? Ok, here is a "battle plan" for fixing the bike.

Do clutch BEARING first. While in there, have them change the belt and rollers.

Next, the back wheel bearing. In fact, make sure they check that rear brake at the same time. If the wheel bearing is bad then it is possible that the back brake was soaked.

The steering head BEARING sounds like it might just need to be taken apart and greased. Try to wiggle the handlebar. If it is not loose then you might be lucky. However, it will still mean taking the bike apart to get to those bearings.

Bikes in general can be expensive to maintain if the owner has no knowledge of them and no way of working on them. You may have to get a service manual and learn how to do some of the general stuff yourself, such as changing the oil and spark plug.

Oil and spark plug I have done previously and done steering bearings on my previous bike so have experience of that
I have the experience and know how to do bearings so will give them a go once I get the money
Just need to order a printed service manual as one on phone to hard to use

You don't have a tablet? I have a printed manual, but when I want to follow some of the "How-to" pages on this site I bring my tablet down to the basement and put it on a table or stool so that I can refer to the pictures. Tablets a cheap enough. Many people have them instead of a computer. Mine is a Samsung Tab A. My phone is a Samsung as well, so sending a copy of something on my phone to the tablet is done by bluetooth.

That's not a bad idea
I can a sound more now, more so when between 10-15 mph and when full petrol and have chains in helmet storage.
Not a constant sound but sounds like crunching or grinding sound that comes and goes in rotation with the wheel. I think.

What year is your bike? 2012?

For my 2013 model it is cheaper to replace the assembly that includes the clutch bearings, because pressing bearings out and in takes time and is work that is usually sent out.

18 and 19 are the problems.

The assembly is #8 itself (23205-kwn-640)

The 2013 version in the United States actually comes out in May or June of 2012. In other countries they might look at the production date as a 2012, so I am guessing when I say that you have a 2012 it is potentially the same as a 2013 model, except in the United States the 2013 model has a 150cc engine instead of a 125cc. Still, the clutch bearing assembly should be the same.

Shame we can’t get a 150cc engine version of the PCX here in the UK. All about keeping it learner friendly, no doubt, but still a shame. Even the new Forza is a 125cc although you can still get the 300cc, I think.
