Rubber feet for the stands

Is there such a thing for the centre stand so the bit that contacts the ground isn't chewed up.

I've never seen anything. If it's parking outside at your home have you considered embedding a small paving stone?

I'm just talking about general parking. The base of my centre stand looks unsightly scratched which would be normal.

Closest thing I have seen to what you are talking about it a "non-sinking" stand, which is usually used when you are parking your bike on dirt/gravel. I'll be using one when I ride my scooter to hiking destinations. They're really for the side kickstand, not the center stand though.

I've seen people affix rubber endcaps on the posts of their Vespas, but never seen anything like that for the PCX. You could try coating the base with some rubberized paint to see how that would work out, but I'd question the durability of spray-on rubber for this application.

thanks for the reminder, bought one from ebay as I had gym mats in the garage (bit over kill i know).

Now i can extend my gym area by a little more lol

Okay, I'm going to say it

You're local Harley dealership carries side stand pads. Don't know for sure if they would match up kindly to the PCX, but worth a look if shop is nearby and you don't mind their large logo. I bought one a few years back for a Honda Shadow I had, sold the bike and gave the pad away to Harley biker friend. Guess you could always buy a new side stand too, if it's fugly to you

I'm curious, do you always use the side stand? I'm in the habit of using the center stand .... "Most" times as the scoot is so lightweight and tis the chosen stand to use when parked.

i use side stand when its at home, much easier to park it up and use centre stand when i park at work.

dont want the centre stand to damage my epoxy garage floor and will rip my gym mat if i used it often. Currently i have a spare kitchen tile and the side stand rests on that. always used side stands for my bikes, with this i dont need to use the tile as it looks odd in the garage lol

Cheapest side stand puck is to get a Coke can, squash it and use that.

Other soft drinks are available and their cans are just as effective

A bit off-topic, what brand did you use for the epoxy paint, and how did you like how it turned out? I've been considering painting my garage floor, but haven't gotten around to it yet (the wife's got me doing all sorts of other projects first)
