Only in Thailand!! Maddiedog wouldn't be able to reach the handlebars. I don't think I have ever seen a dog actually guiding the bike.

Maybe he was turning by leaning - even still - dog had to stay on the handlebars. Pretty impressive!!

I am pretty sure that was not Thailand as the title on the video was, "Meanwhile in Columbia ..." As well, the voices in the background didn't sound like they were speaking Thai.
I think it is like 6ftMach1Girl suggested, the guy is leaning with the bike to get it to turn, but it is still impressive that the do kept the handle bars steady.
