I spent the day taking apart the front end of a Piaggio BV250 and taking the top end off a lawnmower engine. Found a blown cylinder head gasket and what appear to be burnt valves on the mower. Also need a new spark plug, though that's the least of it.

At least the Piaggio only has a worn out steering stem bearing...and a busted floorboard...and a few other little issues.

Since forever.
Drag racing is the ideal sport for women, the course is only a quarter of a mile long and there are no corners to negotiate.
Keeps it nice and easy for them.

I took both bikes out of the basement for the day, and then I test rode them for the first time since the accident in September. I am happy to report that they run, and look, fine. I think I might just take them for another ride today. :-) :-D

Good for you, Mel! Oddly enough, we got out on the Forza yesterday and I took it to a student today. +50° F yesterday and today - hugely weird for The end of February in New England.
On my scoot, getting there is WAY more than half the fun!

You got cricket's too? Get yer hound on it! Set those traps and cameras, let loose a few scorpions. Come morning, Gather them up! Invite Us...Dinner's on you!
Thank ya for your location!

Serious now. Both you and I know that the weekends and holidays are slow-mo on the forum's. I pop in and everyone is still in bed, shopping, or cruising.
It's quiet and I don't like it!!
I miss everyone.
I know you do too!

So Who Ya Gonna Call, "GhostBuster's?"
(I have to admit, I like the song  Who sings it?)
