With my Ducati the heat coming out of it is like standing in front of a space heater at full blast. Not saying that as a good thing.
What can you expect for heat from the PCX 150?

Re: Heat
On mine, Zilch. I couldn't even tell you where the heat blows out as I've never noticed it. It's completely different from any of my other bikes or any non-scooter I've ridden.

Re: Heat
Heat is a "non-issue" with me when it comes to riding the PCX. Never had any problems with it emitting gobs of heat that I could detect. Of course the exhaust pipe will get hot so don't put a cover over it right after riding. . .wait a while til it cools. . ..
That said do be careful of other stuff on the road though like asphalt sealer (a.k.a. crack sealer) that can get slippery when heated up from extreme sun or also when wet.

Don't toss your jacket with the plastic zipper over the muffler when you stop for a quick errand. Don't ask how I know.
On my scoot, getting there is WAY more than half the fun!

Re: Heat
it's a liquid cooled 150 with a whole bunch of bodywork over the engine, it's also under the rider instead slightly to the front. Any heat is negligible, though on a very hot day, it's bad enough dealing with the reflected heat from the road surface.

The radiator is just in front of the silencer and well out the way of your legs.
Even at a standstill your leg is clear of the hot air from the engine.

You can probably expect it not to be the same as your Ducati.
