I wish the seat didn’t feel like I’m straddling a log. Really I’m not fat (5’10”, 160 lbs.) but my butt is getting old (53 this Feb). My complaint is that the seat is too narrow. I wish I could widen the seat to better cradle the cheeks.
The infamous hump doesn’t bother me. Sometimes I even push against it for additional stability. My knees work just fine, so the riding position is satisfactory.
Are there any homebrewed seat adjustments I haven’t seen discussed here yet? Is there an aftermarket seat, hump or no, wide enough to support my entire backside? I’ve seen those in the Asian aftermarket, but they don’t appear that much wider or flatter than the stock seat.

I got my seat redone at a custom plastic place, (see "seat uncovered" thread) and now it is wide and comfortable. I never realized just how uncomfortable the original was, I was mainly looking to lower the seat height. The plastic work was done by Wingard's Custom Plastics in Shipshewana, Indiana.
