It's down to many countries discriminating bikes by engine size.
The rules in the UK are based on
less than 50cc
less than 125cc
less than 250cc
and above
So an engine which is 50cc actually falls under 125 legislation and requires a license.

Re: more fuel capacity
I ignore the fuel gauge it's so unreliable.
According to the fuel meter it's full for 60 miles, drains over the next 70 and says it's empty for the remaining 70
Reset the odometer each fill and refuel up just before 200miles.

An update on this.
A third Bolt on the rear numberplate reduced the noise significantly. Still Buzzes, but now its not as loud as the engine.

Rough engine
Is it just me? Or does the Forza just rattle like a bag of old nails. I came to a Forza from a PCX, I have a owned a bunch of bikes including a 1ltre Ducati and V-strom. Nothing sounds "wrong" with the engine. It's not changed since new, been serviced regularly. It's not loud, just buzzy. ...

Re: Large Honda Windshield
Screens are always subjective. Someone who is 5ft tall on with a tall screen will be out of the wind, They will get a quiet ride with occasional buffeting from turblence. Same setup with someone who is 6ft and their head is right in the jetstream and they will get a louder ride than with no screen a...

Re: Oxford Grips
I had a 2013 and they fit fine. I dunno if your garage just haven't fitted oxfords before. They are tight, and they are meant to be. The compatibility issue is that the plastic throttle tube is ribbed and molded to the rubber grip. the old one has to be gut off. All the ribs cut off with a knife the...

Re: Forza ride...spring rates
The rear shocks are rubbish. I find the only comfortable setting solo is on their softest. But If I ever ride two up, I have to crank them onto their hardest just to stop them bottoming out over every paperclip on the road. Reading your post. Your issue is most likely that you are bottoming them out...

Front tyre bought in error
So I bought a Michelin City Grip 140/70-14 when I meant to buy a 140/70-13 from oponeo They are being gits about returning it. it's 20mm wider than the standard front tyre, but will otherwise fit. just wondering if anyone has any experience with oversized tyres on the front. Or should I try and flog...

Re: Forza starting system
The PCX has an innovative engine developed especially for it. Offset Cylinder Low friction cylinder. Weak Valve springs as a speed restriction (reduced engine friction) No starter motor. (The generator is the starter motor, weight saving, no wear) Start Stop Side watercooling. (weight saving) the Fo...

Re: Givi Top Plate Compatibility
The forza is easy, It was designed to be done easily. 4 holes need drilling/filing in a small panel which already has the locations marked on the back. The panel removes with two pushlocks.
Don't pay a dealership to do it.
The PCX is a little more tricky as it's easy to break the snaphooks.

Re: Rear fender eliminator
Fenders are a legal requirement.
They aren't there to keep you clean, they are there so anyone following you can see you.
If you do 60 in a Storm the spray ejected out the back of a motorbike hides it.

Re: Givi Top Plate Compatibility
Tip for if anyone buys the B37 case. It rattles like a *@~{ at low rpm. To fix it, remove the latch from the lid, Careful as there is a spring which will try and escape. Increase the spring tension by putting 5mm of rawl plug or something hard in the hole the spring resides in. Re Assemble, Done It ...

Re: a little rough or buzz at 4250-4400 rpm
Clutch is dry, but unlike small CVTs the Clutch axle is supported by an extra baring embedded in the Transmission case. Than could be loose..
I'll open mine up and have a look tomorrow, but mine sounds a little like a vuvuzela, I'm still thinking something plastic resonating.

Re: a little rough or buzz at 4250-4400 rpm
I have this exact thing. It's definitely a resonance. A about 4-4.5K rpm something vibrates like crazy and makes a lot of noise. It almost sounds like a fog horn. The other topic seems to say its cause by load being put on the baring in the case of the CVT. It can't be that as there is almost no loa...

Thermostat behavior
Hello! So I have a question about my temperature gauge on the Forza 300 All the cars and bkes I have owned, you turn them on, the engine runs it gets to temperature and sits there, usually exactly halfway between hot and cold. My forza doesn't do this. It goes from cold to about 25% and sits there m...

Givi Top Plate Compatibility
To anyone who might be interested out there in webland. I bought a Givi B37 for my PCX way back When I upgraded to a Forza I needed a new rack. When I looked at the B37 the Base seems to support Both Monokey and monolock fittings. I bought a monokey base and rack GIVI SR1123 for £60 When fitting I f...

Re: Strange recall notice
It's not just about re-calls. I have had three separate warranty issues and one recall within 6 months of purchase. Seat Gas Strut, twice Warped front brake disc Fuel Pump x 2 (The first replacement didn't work) The gas strut they won't do a recall for as it is bad design, the struts are fine. The s...
