Re: New Forza 350
I've had both the Burgman 400 and Xmax 400, prefer the Burgman hands down. The crucial difference is that you could sit comfortably feet forward with the Burgman, but not with the Xmax. Miss the Burgman...

Re: X-MAX 400 vs Xciting 400i
Yes I've seen these and it seem like they put the x-max slightly ahead of the xciting based on overall characteristics, but consider the xciting as a "sportier" scoot... Also haven't seen the swedish agent marketing the xciting yet so I would like to know more about the x-max but there is ...

Re: Ermax +25 Windscreen
Mounted the Puig two days ago and it is definitely a keeper! It's been rather windy the last days but this is anyway how I experienced it so far: No wind pressure on the chest to talk about at 45-50 mph. Noise level at helmet, I'm not sure if it better or worser than with the stock but it is not a p...

X-MAX 400 vs Xciting 400i
What are your opinions about these two new 400cc scooters from Yamaha and Kymco: http://www.yamaha-motor.eu/uk/products/scooters/sport/xmax400.aspx http://www.kymco.com/product/category/Scooter/Xciting400i/sp.asp Features? Style? Ride ability? Quality? Cost of ownership? I think the Kymco has an upp...

Re: Ermax +25 Windscreen
I concur. Could just keep the Ermax on for a couple of days until I switched back to stock. As said, it might be good if you're taller or shorter than 180cm but it wasn't for me. At least it easy to swap now... :) I've ordered the Puig and I think you should consider it also dustoff, before deciding...

Re: Ermax +25 Windscreen
Have to report that I switched back to the stock windscreen... :( The noise level just became to high when the wind was concentrated to the helmet. I'm 180 cm (5'11) which seems to be the worst length for this screen. When i crouched down or raised myself up the roaring was lower. So back to the dra...

Re: Pcx Max tire size front and rear?
120/70 front and 140/70 back seems to be pushing the limits. Is there some alternatives in between this extreme and the standard 90/90 and 100/90?

Re: Ermax +25 Windscreen
Ok finally Ermax +25 screen mounted. And as dustoff I used the opportunity with the screen off to mount a USB outlet. Used the same place, i.e. the middle pin of the main relay to get the 12V but for grounding I used a hole in the frame and fitted the ground with an M6 screw and nut there. Seems to ...

Re: How long you been riding?
Have had my pcx150 for half a year but started to ride it two weeks ago! Had a Puch moped scooter in the middle of the 70ies and then a Suzuki GT250 during 1979 but never got around to take a mc license since my parents offered their old car to me if I didn't... now 35 years later I come around to t...

Re: Ermax +25 Windscreen
Wow! Looks great! I'm waiting for my Ermax +25 windscreen as well from same same. Got delivery notice yesterday, ordered a few days ago. You don't have a close-up on how you connected to the mains relay? Or it might be evident once the shield is off? And please provide feedback after the test ride. ...

Bad news since I've already ordered...
Anyway, since you have tested many, which did you think was best? How tall are you?

Re: Ermax +12 or +25?
Never mind, just ordered the Ermax +25 windscreen from same same. After reading up I choose between the Ermax +25 and the Puig windscreen. The latter obviously deflects the air to the sides. But I was not perfectly fond about the looks of the Puig and the Ermax might provide better protection, if no...

Re: Where do people live
Sweden, suburb to Stockholm. Not so many scooter commuters here, no idea why but I'll think it will increase as number of MC's have increased quite much the last decade. Use the PCX to commute to work about 5-6 km (I know, I could bicycle that distance, but scooting is much more fun...)

Ermax +12 or +25?
I like the shape and look of the Ermax +12 windshield (see for example http://www.ermax.fr/modele2-PCX_125__20 ... -2049.html ). The question I have is:
Does the +12 do a good enough job with pushing away the airflow from the chest or do you have to have the +25 for this? I'm 180 cm (5'9'').

Re: New PCX-150 Rider Here
New PCX 150 owner checking in! My background is that I inherited a moped scooter earlier this year, and all the enjoyment of riding the moped came right back after 35+ years of only 4-wheel driving... :) Now I'm slightly to heavy for the moped :o and started to scout around for something a little m...
