Yes, it is. It was barely at the minimum when I checked it last night, so I put some more in - maybe a 1/4" past the fill range. (Had to do it in a dimly lit parking lot, but it was around that much)

At work at the moment, but ill take a look at that tonight. Could overfilling the oil be contributing to the problem? It was a bit over the max line when I topped it off last night.

Throttle stuttering

I got my PCX 150 about six months ago, and I did the initial oil change myself. Its at around 850 miles on it and last night I noticed a burning smell (maybe a rubber) although I had dismissed it as another vehicle. Now I know its my bike.
