I experience the same when my bike is cold. I feel some vibrations in the early few meters.

When are valve spring upgrades needed?
1. More RPM.
2. Running boost or way higher than stock compression.
3. If the cam kit specifies it's needed.
You could add :
4 . installing bigger valves . more weight=more force on springs.

Hi to alll
Do you feel the same thing as i : when my pcx is cold in the morning , clutch serms to have little vibrations in the early first meters.
It´s ok when engine is hot.

Actually in my opinion , it doesn't worth it for your application : if you like to ride on big distance you will expect reliability . Performance parts for a "low cost" scooter like the pcx will decrease (how?) this reliability. You can build a performance engine but putting a 166 or 175 c...
