Welcome Frederic!
I have enjoyed several holidays on a motorbike in your beautiful country (but not on a PCX yet). Great roads, lovely villages and wonderful sunshine.
Hope you enjoy the new scooter. It is a very clever design and very comfortable even on long journeys.
Tom.

Hi Fred, My wife and I took a vacation in France. We bought two wheel peddle bikes and rode them everywhere. It was the best vacation we ever took. I hope we can go back some day. Have a great day. Ride safe.

Re: Newbie from france
My wife loves to ride with me. Because of this , in your opinion, would it be a good idea to increase the 150cc PCX engine to 175cc for a bit more power? Thanks for your help. Ride safe.
Re: Newbie from france
Actually in my opinion , it doesn't worth it for your application : if you like to ride on big distance you will expect reliability .
Performance parts for a "low cost" scooter like the pcx will decrease (how?) this reliability.
You can build a performance engine but putting a 166 or 175 cylinder without ecu hand camshaft and vario will give extra perf but not as much as what you expect.
And if you build a performance engine be careful of the reliability ...
What do you think ?
