The aluminum belt cover. Part number 1 here:

The bolts are numbered 14, 15 17

When replacing the Left Crankcase Cover there are 11 6mm bolts of varying length. I can't find the proper torque spec. I tightened to 9ftlbs but that just doesn seem tight enough.

What torque value should I use?

Picked my scoot up tonight. Took two weeks from tow in to pick up.

Sat on her and pushed the start button and she roared to life

My born on date is 10/2013.
