Re: First long journey on my PXC - need advice.
General rule of riding motorcycle, as far as I suppose it is, is to avoid highways and cruise on local roads.

Re: HondaPcx150 Vs Suzuki Burgman 200
Just be advised that Burgman 200 is different than Burgman 400. 200 is much smaller. And yes, so far only Yamaha N Max (and Burg 400 of course) beats up PCX for leg room and not cramped driving position. I tested Burgmann 125/200 , X-Max 125, N-Max 125, Forza 125. And I'm 174 cm tall. So far Burgman...

My jacket is waterproof though it has 7 pockets and only two of them are waterproof... :( So I use IXS Nimes II on top of it. It's waterproof, windproof an makes me visible . Very visible. :) https://www.ixsusa.com/product/nimes-ii/ And it is much easier to clean it up after riding from all t...

Well... Not exactly true. Big scooters can be quite comfy.
But that's definitely not PCX or 125 class.

Mine works this way. It does not close . Only sometimes. Maybe it's just dirty, but it worked that way from the beginning.

Seat cushion? Care for sharing a link ?Fran wrote:I've taken your advice and ordered a seat cushion. It was £25 (i.e. relatively cheap) and had good reviews, so I think that should help.

BTW, all the advice make simple journey sounds like "must-see-the-end-of-the-world" expedition.

Re: Across Australia on a PCX150
Nice ride! Still must be challenging.
I would worry about the range on a single tank. Circa 300 km may not be enough in Australia to find a fuel station

Also check your tire pressure. And probably add some air as in cold weather the pressure may be little low.
Now, riding in winter/cold weather wouldn't be so bad apart from mist on my glasses and inside of helmet visor.

Re: PCX Light (LED model) for Right Hand Drive (UK) conversi
Do European bikes still have different lights?. I read a few years ago that all European lights will now have a horizontal cut off. I'm pretty sure my PCX have flat horizontal cut off line. EDIT: Yeah, bikes registered/manufactured after 31st Dec. 2009 can have symmetrical front lights. In Poland a...

Is this IRC vs. Michelin only or I can join with Heidenau K66 All Season ?
I do prefer Heideanu over stock tires.
