Re: Stock Tire mileage
3000 miles and my tyre needs replacing soon, a lot of 60mph roads and we don't exactly have silky smooth roads here in the uk,.

Re: Looking to buy a new PCX
In regards to your servicing question, This has been discussed a fair few times on here I have also seen it talked about on other forums. The bottom line is honda DO charge a fair amount for servicing. And over a couple of years actually takes the 'cheap' out of owning a scooter. Also remember tyres...

Re: Break in and increasing fuel economy
I can get near 200 miles a tank on my pcx that's taking it easy at around 49mph, 2015 pcx so larger tank, 125ish mpg. if I hit faster roads then my fuel ecconomy droppes a fair bit.

A heated Debate with my Honda service centre..
I have just been speaking with my Honda Dealer's service centre, head mechanic and apparently i have been told... 'NEVER use fully synthetic in a honda PCX' apparently it need regular old dino oil. Feel like banging my head against the wall... they make amazing bikes but some of their after service ...

Re: Optimal speed
I ride at 60mph (100kph)for miles and miles at a time, no problems here so far! The honda pcx is fairly under powered and restricted with a very safe Rev limiter you will be fine at 90kph for hour and hours with any issues at all

Re: How do I prevent getting blown about in winds?
buy a screen! it will deflect the wind over your bike instead of right at you. on a naked motorcycle / scooter without a screen, your body will act as a giant wind brake causing all sort of aerodynamic issues. a screen will not make it perfect but will help, the honda pcx is a light scooter to start...

honda pcx standard tyre lifespan
roughly how many miles did everyone get from there first set of tyres? im currently on 1700 miles exactly and have 1mm if that untill the wear indicator, the front is much better bit that also show signs of being well used. i didnt expect such tyre wear from a 125 scooter, will speed make a differen...

Honda forza 125 uk cost.
and the magic price is: £3995
More than I expected it must be some serious piece of equipment for that price!
My dealer is expecting their first delivery sometime next week
Just thought I would inform anyone who was curious as I couldn't find nothing on the web.

Dosent seem any faster than a pcx125, it simply seems they have just removed the limiter.

Re: Long Distance Commuting
The bike will handle it fine it's weather you could handle the 60mph limit, keep it serviced and it will just keep going and going..
Just remember you will go through the like of tyres a lot faster due to mileage

Re: Do you feel comfortable taking your PCX 150 on the freew
I live in the uk, I take my pcx 125 on 70mph roads all the time and will do it all day any day! Although the limit is 70mph heavy goods vehicles are restricted by law to 56mph you also get older people that will do slower speeds I have found it comfortable cruising behind a heavy goods vehicle obvio...

Re: Who's got the most miles/km on their PCX!?
1300 miles? Do I win? Doh.... Seriously with correct maintinence regular oil changes there is no reason why a pcx couldn't go 100k miles or more without needing engine work. It's a honda made in the 21st century, I have even seen chinese imported bikes racking up serious mileage these days. Only thi...
