I highly, highly recommend the Rev It Pacific 2 H20 rain suit. High visibility, easy to put on and pack down to a little larger than a soda can. Worth every penny!

Re: And yet another windscreen topic
Other thread I just put up same link to supplier. Info on site is fairly comprehensive. My own experience, for what it is worth is, my screen is about mid neck height on me. Wind noise and buffeting were uncomfortable on journeys longer than 30 miles. Fitted this doohickey and am very pleased. No m...

Get a Burgman 200. I was impressed with it. Definitely superior on the highway to the PCX.

Re: INNER FENDER HELP
Sorry to hear of your misfortune. Here's a tip I've used many times. Get some tape. Any kind. Duct tape, electrical tape. Anything. Tear a strip and put it over the key lock portion of your motorcycle chainlock. Once you put the chainlock on, remove the strip of tape and place it over the ignition. ...

Re: Remove variator without special clutch tool?
Nothing, just the resistance of the engine compression and or belt. Here watch this guy but for God's sake don't start it up and run open belts whilst having hoody strings hanging from your neck. What an accident waiting to happen. btw I did not use lock tight on reassembly to avoid problems during...

Re: Remove variator without special clutch tool?
Yes, I have an impact wrench. But the variator will just spin. The clutch tool holds the variator. What are you using to brace it so it doesn't just spin?

Remove variator without special clutch tool?
My sliders came in today! Just wondering if anyone has removed the variator without the special clutch holding tool? I'm a manufacturing/auto engineer and work in a tool shop so I could make one if need be.
But if I don't have to, that would be even better!

Hmm...so which do you use? 25 or 18...I'm guessing 18 since that is what it takes to crush the OEM washer?
