clutch nut size
Here's something to ponder. I was looking for the part number of the clutch nut that is behind the clutch bell. 90202-KN7-670 is the parts catalog has listed. A quick search of the number yields 2 different nuts, 28mm and 30mm. Any thoughts on this?

Re: First impressions of NCY variator, drive face &13g rollers
@ScooterMan,
Do you happen to remember the part numbers of the parts you installed?
Has anyone tried using Dr. Pulley sliders instead of rollers? If so, which ones.

Re: GoPro Mount Suggestions
I have one, and it's true that they do everything that a GoPro does, except cost an arm and leg. I love mine, but have only used it on my kayak and mt. bike.Mel46 wrote: http://actioncambd.iwish.direct/

dgnyberg, Your son's $700 helmet isn't "severely damaged", it's ruined and needs to be replaced. Insurance may pay for a new one, but you need to usually battle the insurance company for it. I'm glad that he only came out with road rash and a fractured rib. When I laid my Pegasus over for ...

It attaches to the mirror mounts. My intention is to cut the upper section off and trim any area that may cause a contact problem.

cutting height of acrylic windshield
Does anyone have any insight about cutting the clear acrylic windshield? I have a Slipstreamer Scoot 50 from my last scooter, and I'd like to fit it to my PCX.

Re: How-To: Change Final Drive Oil
OK, oil is changed with the recommended type. I had my son (Ethan 12yr) help me. He only agreed to help if I would take him for a ride afterward. How could I resist? Next up, checking the stock rollers in the variator. I guess I'll need some new tools.

Welcome aboard, I believe you are incorrect that the red ones are faster. It's actually the white ones.

Re: Dr Pulley sliders
Are sliders or rollers better? Is it a difficult process to swap them, and do I need any special tools?

I've never changed the final gear oil, and I have about 4300 miles on her. I know what I will be doing this weekend.

@ Mel, it doesn't have lights, nor are they an option, but like you said it's easy enough to add them later.

Added a top box
I added a Honda 08L71-K35-J01 rear trunk attachment kit and a MMG 997 top box. I drilled matching holes in the cover that hides the mounting holes, but destroyed the cover in the process. I thought I ordered a replacement cover in white, but I ordered a black one instead. This one I didn't wreck, an...

I used to ski competitively, but the knees can't take it anymore. Now, I make my own beer and mountain bike (mostly rail-trails). I also play on Xbox and PlayStation.
