Re: 2013 PCX Front Wiring Harness - Revisited
I can't believe that 20 people have looked at this thing, and not one person knows whether there are leads for the position lights in the US wiring harness, as opposed to the European/Asian harness.

Re: Honda recommened Scooter cleaning inc kids!
I'm still trying to find a way to clean Natasha without giving her a full-on bath. I just don't want to spray water on her intentionally. I'd rather have some inexpensive spray on-wipe off cleaner that won't damage the finish. 409 is out, Windex is out, but there must be something like those. Plain...

Re: 2015 Safety RECALL
Odd, I have a 2013, and I got the notice yesterday.
If this is in fact, supposed to be for the '15, and the base was designed for the '13, why would the recall affect '13 MY bikes unless there's something wrong with the locking mechanism design on all the trunk bases?

Yes, and the last time I tried this, it left Natasha still dirty, with smeared streaks. It also got me a visit from the neighbor kids' parents.

2013 PCX Front Wiring Harness - Revisited
My flexible strip DRLs arrived today, and the only thing I am missing now is the Posi-Tap connectors to hook them and the forward running lights up, and the time in which to do it. That will most likely happen Friday or Saturday. So, I thought I'd try one more time, with more specific questions, so ...

Wow... I like. I can't run blue lights, but wow... I had thought about adding in the sockets to make those DRLs, until I found these: https://www.amazon.com/CHAMPLED%C2%AE-Flexible-Daytime-Running-VOLKSWAGEN/dp/B01HOJ6R6U/ref=pd_day0_107_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=XPPZ61JDCRMVPNNY54YV Those are ...

Re: 110/70/14 front tire
Actually, though the size you are looking for is larger than Honda's OEM, your suggested size will fit. I have a 120/80-14 on the front of mine. But I did note when I changed the front fended/mudguard, the tire had been occasionally rubbing the fender/mudguard. Sorry, but I don't have a source for ...

Re: The Transfiguration of Natasha
Here in the US, or at least here in the part of Georgia where I live, and every redneck cop thinks they're Buford Pusser, blue lights on any vehicle is at minimum a $500 fine, and at most, having your vehicle impounded (at your expense, plus the fine) until the illegal "accessory" is recti...

Michael: It might help if you put your specific location in your profile, and added yourself to the Owner's Map. I'm sure WhiteNoise will be in here soon to let you know how to add your location into your profile, but you can check my sig to find out how to add yourself to the Map. As for your tire ...

Re: The Transfiguration of Natasha
Wow, Mel... Ambitious. I simply don't know if I have the guts or motivation to take on a job like that. Truth be known, I'm really worried about my ability to get everything put back together properly after I take the headlight out. It occurred to me that I just might try ordering a European or Asia...

Re: PCX125 buzzing sound, very annoying
Yep, that's exactly where I mean. There's an "open tab" on the bottom of the meter panel that is supposed to fit over a tab on the brow fairing, I believe, and it never stays in place. So I put a small piece (about 3/4" square) on the front of the tab to serve as a cushion. End of buzz.

Re: The Transfiguration of Natasha
Thanks, Jge... I'm waiting on the Posi-Tap connectors I ordered on Amazon to get here before I put the front (amber) ones on, so I guess I'll be running around town "half-lit"... Heh. I checked the tracking from Aliexpress about my strip DRLs, and they've just left the Chinese warehouse on...

Re: The Transfiguration of Natasha
Here is an update to the Transfiguration... Let me first say that getting the aft body panels off was hell the ruggedest mile. Getting them back on was an even bigger PITA, even though I used Maddiedog's excellent tutorial, and even the Service Manual. Utterly and totally exhausting. As many of you ...

Re: PCX125 buzzing sound, very annoying
I don't know if this will help, but I think I know what is causing the buzzing sound in Natasha. It's the meter panel under the windscreen. There's one point on the panel, at the most forward place on it, where it just barely touches the brow fairing. That is where the buzzing is coming from on Nata...
