Sounds like you may have crud in the switches and possibly the speed sensor. The seed sensor is at the back wheel. Check the wires that go into it. Use WD-40 to clean your switches. yes I sew those 3 parts to the back of the R082.
This elastic band thing hooks under the seat where the seat lock is.
It took me 10 minuets to complete the job.

I have a R082 pcx 2016 model fitted the leg covers on but it doesn't completely cover the seat on the back as R082 was made for the earlier models of the pcx.
I have made an mod to over come this though.

I have the same problem here pcx125 2015.
It seems like this strage sound is coming from the engine at speeds of 15mph to 30mph.
I was thinking it could be the spark plug the sound is like clicking electricity wave/sparks.
