I finally took the last resort, towed my pcx to a local repair shop, disassembled the front section, replaced the battery found unchargeable.
The bike finally on the road.

Struggling to start my battery-dead PCX, pls help
As a forum friend informed, the plastic emergency key can open my battery-dead PCX, unfortunately, I lost my emergency keys. But I do have the smart remote key with me. I seek help from other riders, they say their emergency keys cannot open my PCX, it is tailored to each PCX. I am at my wits end, c...

PCX 2016 Emergency key
Currently I am struggling to get my PCX started, as the bike has been sitting idle for a year. I lost my emergency keys, the plastic ones. I seek help from other riders who could post me their plastic emergency keys. They told me their emergency keys do not work on my PCX. Could anyone kindly tell m...

Re: Help: Battery dead after 6month left sitting.
On another note . . . if you have a "Smart Key" system then you should have an emergency key to open the seat. See link below on how to open seat with emergency key. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1639340/Honda-Pcx150.html?page=121 Oh, what a terrible thing to remember, I did have a so...

Help: Battery dead after 6month left sitting.
I did not ride my PCX for nearly a year now. when I tried to find a way to charge the battery, I quickly found myself in a dilemma where without power I can't even start the main switch panel, thus can't even open my seat, under which I believe lies the battery. Is there any other way I can charge m...

Re: When running, some sha, sha, sha noise occurred
As long as the tire pressures are OK . . . and there is no tread damage or anything I would look for something that got stuck like leaves or a piece of road garbage, paper/plastic bag, up between the fender and front forks or somewhere else. If everything looks clean and clear then I'd start trying...

When running, some sha, sha, sha noise occurred
The noise seems to be generated from front wheel, or less likely rear wheel, may not even be from the wheel for this matter. I am wondering maybe the brake pads are gone? or what? I don't use the brake often, I usually slow down by loosening the throttle, and my bike is just a little over 2 years ol...

A small problem about the keyless...
This morning , when riding, the keyless symbol started flashing on/off on/off, the symbol resembling the wifi logo. It did not stop untill I got off, switched off, in this instance the PCX started beeping on/off, The beeping was stopped only by using the key. What is the cause of that? Anyone konws?...

Re: Wear your helmets!
I had a few small incidents, mostly because of the brakes when used somehow knocked my bike down.
I don't get hit because I am very generous with the hazard lights and horns.

Idling 20s, slight throttle, engine stopped.
It happened twice.
Wait a while, start the engine, I can feel difficulty in starting as usually start right way, but takes 3 cycles of ignition to start.
The cause? thank you.

I am wondering, 1# can spark plug last 30K miles? 2# can the belt last 30K miles? 3# the battery 30K miles? 4# the brake oil which I can see, no worry 5# the engine cool liquid? how to know when to change? I certainly won't wait till the engine warning lights up. 6# the gear and engine oils I change...

Re: Idling Stop Not Working?
It is normally the battery, at least on '14 reg onwards vehicles. The ECU disables idle-stop should it detect the battery is not up to the job, as idle-stop used to flatten batteries on pre '14 models. It's a staggered graph and not just volts/amps in a linear fashion. You can charge the battery of...

Idling Stop Not Working?
It used to work perfectly, but today, I found idling stop sign light up, but engine doesn't stop.
anything to do with cold weather, or does it signal something wrong with engine or ECU or what?
