Re: Should I Replace Stock Tires Early?
I can't find MCG for my PCX, no one seems to have them in stock. Even the main distributor don't have the sizes that I wanted.
Found Pirelli Angel Scooter, changed both ends. I am happy with their grip.

Re: Should I Replace Stock Tires Early?
I have read somewhere else on this forum that someone bought a 120/70-14 front tire, mounted it backwards on the rear, and went riding. I think he found that the air box was rubbing so he tied it up to get enough clearance. You will probably have to consider that. Here is the thread I think I read ...

Re: Should I Replace Stock Tires Early?
I have Michelin City Grips on both of my bikes. We found them to be much better for the sudden rain showers that pop up while riding. Side by side comparison was enough for me to swap the new IRC tires for MCGs. I bought my PCX after trading in my Burgman. We had been riding a lot, with me on the B...

Re: Should I Replace Stock Tires Early?
The cheapest tire on the market with full tread is always safer than the best tire in the world, worn out. Borderline tires betray you on wet slippery surfaces. You can get away with it temporarily in the hot, dry summer, but during a sudden rainstorm ? when road oil floats to the surface ? And new...

Re: Should I Replace Stock Tires Early?
I've ridden my stock IRC tyres to 14,000 km which includes some really wet ride in the rain on the motorway. Only now I felt like there is something slipping

Re: Recommended service intervals
I live in Thailand which is closely similar to Malaysia's weather. I follow the manual. Heck, I haven't changed my brake fluids yet, scoot's almost 3 years now. Thanks for sharing! I doubt you'll hear from Japan. However the distributor in Malaysia should be able to answer. Get on the phone and wor...

Re: Recommended service intervals
I have been to 3 authorised service centre including one of which is run by Malaysia's Honda official distributor and verbally told the same thing.
I will try sending a registered letter.

Recommended service intervals
Hi, I am from Malaysia and bought version 4 of Honda PCX 150 last August 2018. From the user manual, these are the recommended service intervals - engine oil = every 6,000 km / 3,728 miles spark plug = every 12,000 km / 7,456 miles air filter = every 18,000 km / 11,184 miles driving belt = 24,000 km...

Re: Silicone remote covers
What?? It should be standard fitment, original from the dealer. Pity they dont give it as standard. I nearly bought v3 of the PCX but was advised to go for v4 for the sole reason of the keyless ignition (by those who have used it in Thailand). I did not regret the decision. Once you have it, you can...
