Re: ~ Honda ADV150 ~

Yeah, I wasn't too concerned about the lack of a disk brake in the rear. I paid $5,000 out the door after all said and done. True, a little more than I would have liked, but new PCX 150s are difficult to find in my area and I was getting impatient. My local dealer had three ADV150s in stock and once...

~ Honda ADV150 ~

Since there is no category for this bike yet, I wanted to say I finally purchased a scooter! It's a Honda ADV150 and I couldn't be more thrilled. It's very cool looking and is basically a PCX with better suspension and a new facelift. I love it! Most fun I've had on two wheels in my life. I've owned...

FaceBook PCX Group - Check it Out!

Hey gang! I hope this is ok to share. If not, I understand. This is not my group, but I came across a Facebook Group for the Honda PCX 125/150 for North America . Here's the link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/266428567756162 I believe there are some folks in the group that are current members her...

Re: ~ Forza or PCX ~ Things to consider

Well, fast-forward from my OP and I still don't own a scooter. :( Due to a sick family member and other expenses, it's just not a justified purchase at the moment. Oh, I'll get one eventually and I like to comb the forums and Facebook groups regarding the PCX. However, I have decided on a PCX when I...

Re: Thunder Beach

Great pics! Thanks for sharing. When people start adopting a neutral perspective on things and simply observe, process and move on....judgement ends. That's part of maturity and wisdom. :) Anyway, I do like the color of the 2020 PCX. It doesn't appear as bright as the images I saw on the Honda site....

Re: ~ Forza or PCX ~ Things to consider

Eh, what "they" call them is no concern of mine. I'm past all that at my age. They can call them a baby buggy on two wheels for all I care. Simply doesn't matter to me. I purchase what I enjoy and that's what truly matters. I'm creating a website that will partner with other social media p...

Re: ~ Forza or PCX ~ Things to consider

Don't get me wrong, I love the looks of motorcycles. However, these days I want to simplify life and enjoy my hobby while I "Twist -n- Go". It's merely a personal preference, nothing more! There are some really cool looking used motorcycles I can get for the cost of a new PCX and I've thou...

Re: ~ Forza or PCX ~ Things to consider

Thanks for the insight everyone and really appreciate the time you took in your responses. Reading them made me realize I did not mention much detail about myself, which I can see how not providing this information could alter some responses. I am 52, about 5'8, 200 pounds. I'd make a great NFL runn...

~ Forza or PCX ~ Things to consider

The battle in my head is whether I should purchase a 2019/20 PCX, or a 2016 Forza. Maybe after some discussions and feedback it will help me understand what to do! :) You can buy a 2016 Forza for nearly the cost as a 2019/2020 PCX if you shop around. Honda dealers are trying to unload the 2016 Forza...

<< 2020 vs 2019 Differences >>

What's new party people! Well, the " boss " wife has given me the green light to purchase something on two wheels in the Spring! <<Happy Dance>> :) I am opting for either a 2019 or 2020 PCX 150 of course. I don't really need the ABS version I don't think, unless I am convinced otherw...

Ah, yes. Thank you for the reminder about the seat storage. I'm sure I would have figured that out. I wasn't thinking about that when I wrote that post, obviously. :)

I have updated my profile some and will continue to add more details. Appreciate the feedback!

Re: ~ Soon to Own a 2019 PCX ~

Thanks for all the feedback so far! I had a motorcycle decades ago and although it was an "ok" experience, I don't necessarily enjoy dealing with driving on major roads (especially highways) with all the crazies out there. What I enjoy more is putting around subdivisions, back roads and ev...

Re: ~ Soon to Own a 2019 PCX ~

I live in Ohio, USA. It gets cold in the winter but nice in the summer. We have all four seasons really. So from about May-October is ride time, then it becomes kinda cold.

Yes, I will stick with the stock setup for a while, thanks.

Re: ~ Soon to Own a 2019 PCX ~

Nice! Thanks for the encouragement. I honestly can't wait to own one. I don't plan to venture on to any highways, just mainly back roads and around my community. You can get to most places anyway without getting on a highway if need be. That's half the joy....taking the back roads! :) When I watch Y...

Re: ~ Soon to Own a 2019 PCX ~

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm really excited about placing my tush on a 2019 because of the improvements made to the vehicle. Although, I wouldn't know any difference because I have not rode any PCX yet. I've sat on one though! You know, sitting there admiring the beauty of the machine and preten...

~ Soon to Own a 2019 PCX ~

Greetings! I've been eying up and watching videos and sitting on the PCX 2019 at our local Honda dealer and I plan to purchase one this Spring! I just wanted to introduce myself and talk about the PCX. I don't have a lot of questions but it's always good to get tips and ideas on something before you...
