So my first quote down here in SoCal from Del Amo for a 2020 w/ ABS was $6k-$6.3k!! No thanks, lol.
Going to keep looking for a 2019 w/ ABS for hopefully around $4k. Seems like the 2019 ABS model is hard to come by down here, so I may just have to settle without.

Re: Most practical scooter for food delivery?
In my humble opinion even a used PCX would tick off all of your boxes. My 2013 runs great, has plenty of storage under the seat plus a tail box (which can easily be removed/replaced with a pizza delivery box). I have a tall windshield which helps during rainy days as well as short freeway runs. If ...

OTD price for 2019 PCX 150 w/ ABS?
Looking into picking up a 2019 PCX 150 with ABS in California. I see MSRP is at $3999, but being that it's a 2 year old scooter, what kind of leverage/discount do you think I'd have here?
Realistically, what would the lowest OTD price I might be able to get away with from a dealer?
Thanks!

Most practical scooter for food delivery?
I'm doing some brainstorming on what scooter would be able to perform the most optimally for food delivery work in the suburbs of California. The boxes that need to be ticked are weight for easy maneuvering (under 290lbs), proven reliability for high-mileage months (2000 miles a month), can maintain...

Purpose of the metal hook above the rear tire?
Hey all, I've been experimenting with ways to tie things down to the back seat/rear rack and came across a metal hook thing located above the rear tire/behind the license plate fender. Does anyone know the purpose of this hook? Would it be unwise to attach a couple of bungees to this point? Seems li...

Re: Leaking coolant from weep hole
$290 for the labor at a Honda dealership, $25 for the coolant, and around $100 in parts. Total cost for the water pump rebuild = $415. No leaks yet!
But, the Honda dealership seemed to forget to fill the coolant reserve tank... bone dry. Guess I'm going back tomorrow!

Re: Leaking coolant from weep hole
I've attached an image of the parts that I believe are necessary to fix the leaking coolant/oil. Am I missing anything or would this be all? Right crankcase gasket, water pump gasket, 2 seals, 2 washers, pump shaft, impeller.... anything else? 3 local shops all gave me different labor rates; $270, $...

Leaking coolant from weep hole
Hello! This is my first post on the forums. I've used it as a resource since July of this year, but I've finally decided to create an account :) I bought a used 2014 Honda Forza 300 in the US (California). It had 4400 miles and I've put on 1200 so far, loving it! I've found that I'm leaking green co...
