Yep, easy for Dr P's to flip over when installing back onto scooter. Must keep the assembly 'pinched' , or else they can flip over. Once installed properly - they'll stay in place. reply from honda, cannot buy the TPS as a single unit, is that coincidental or what:

the TPS only comes as part of the Throttle Body Set at £226.93... So hopefully it's not your TPS that's causing that issue

I think this issue is caused by the TPS, removed my TPS and measure the ohms across the centre pin and the two side pins, when applying any light movement to the sensor the ohms swing wildly indicating a failed potentiometer. is a TPS sensor just not a glorified potentiometer?
could we not take it apart and put some switch cleaner in it and off we go again ?

I bought this and installed it on my Honda ANC mode, all measurements match my bike. Been using for a few months, works like a charm, price is cracking.
