I just put you on hold and went over to Shadonline.com and they're Still showing the SC20's arrival in Mid-July. I'm holding them to that! I think they're playing safe with you mentioning that later date.

hmm, now let's see, what's the middle of July? Well there's 31 days - divide that in half, back up a day, or is it add a day? That's our magic day. Expect a Big Brown Truck or Big White truck. Cross yer toes hoping the right one's onboard! We will not worry about the condition of the bag as proof of my "growing inventory" has been more than satisfactory

Are you 2 waiting it out longer or will you be emailing, calling or texting them? I sent my last email on 5/30/17 when I agreed to wait on the backorder.
It's Time! I just emailed Shad and it was received (not rejected).
Now, I await response. Hey! It's what I do

LOL, I emailed them today as well. I had mine being sent to the states and planned to pick it up in two weeks. *Sigh*

Update from Shad:
I received a reply email from Shad yesterday, 7/26 and then this morning 7/27 I received a phone call.
My report is disappointing but not surprising.

The SC20 has indeed been discontinued - going back as far as April when I placed my order.
It's said that Shad's store (in Florida) and it's warehouse and customer's were misinformed about this product via Shad overseas.
Lucky me, my order was caught up in the middle of this model's upgrade and never to be had.
Simply put, this was a communication breakdown between Company, Warehouse and it's Employees. Customers were then ill-informed and never to receive Model SC20.

So! Where do I stand now?
I still have in my posession two brand new Shad bags in their boxes. Upgraded Scooter Bag Model #SC25 and Model #SB22, a Tank Bag that converts to Backpack.
I want to mention that Shad's Florida salesman, whom I have been speaking to throughout this transaction, was very apologetic. He explained everything until I understood what happened.
Today, he will be contacting upper management asking that I be allowed to keep the two bags sent in error....for all the aggravation and waiting I've done. I now await his response.

Oh Wait! he did He say that he would be contacting other's about the SC20's demise due to it's New replacement. I wonder,
will it be my fellow PCX'er's? We shall see.

Me, I'm waiting for a return receipt via email (to print) but nothing has come yet. It's been about a week since he said he would have that email sent. He added that he would contact upper management and ask them if I (the customer) could keep both bags sent in error. I've heard Nothing on that either.

One beer, two beers, 10 then a case....nah, make it a keg! Wake me when this drama is Over

Last and final update: via phone call yesterday, Shad says I can keep both of the wrong bags sent to me.
That was Easy. Uhh, NOT!!
My Case(s) with them - Closed!

Scott, did you ever hear from them? Or did you request/get your money back?
