Just sharing my 2013 PCX 150 and ruckus PCX 150 swap. Both have the NYC variator and drive face installed. Still learning more about performance mods for the PCX.
Whoa!! Help me understand this, did you put the backend of the PCX on the Ruckus?
As well, I can see from the post style signal lights that you are in either Canada or the US. Could you list your location with your profile? It helps us help you.

the swap is just the motor with a custom motor mount to the ruckus rear frame. Including the harness, ecu and a couple other parts.

Ok, so maybe you can help me out here since I'm wanting to do the same PCX 150 swap to a ruckus. Where did you get the parts to do so? did you buy a whole scooter and swap it over or did you find a site that sells the drive train with out having to pay an arm and a leg. hope you can help me out here.
A little update. The pcx motor did 76mph hitting the limiter with the NYC variator, drive face, exhaust, 11g sliders and filter. 83mph (10,2xx rpm)with adding the Yuminashi PGM-FI controller. The PCX motor has potential for some power.

That's awesome, thank you for the update. Where did you get the Motor mount swap kit from? I'm currently gathering all my parts together in order to build the Ruckus swap. Any tips and trick you can share would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
My PCX 150 mount for the ruckus was made by Steady Garage out in Los Angeles, CA. Getting a fuel injected zoomer ruckus tanks is helpful as you don't have to make a custom FI ruckus tank.
