I hate people stealing but its even more frustrating that they just trash them and abandon them. Someone had to work real hard to afford buying and insuring it, only for some idiot to fancy a quick blast on their pride and joy.

No, just having a look for some easy repairs which could be sold on. Hate to victim blame but people need to be locking to an immovable object, especially in London.

Homie - cause the law seems to be on the side of criminals here - slap on wrists, warnings, small fines, even when low-lifes have histories of 10's if not 100's of crimes. Don't know what's happened to the legal system but it seems corrupt and pathertic now.
