gossip time
went into my honda dealer to ask about a new forza . his reply there aren't any left . unless a shop has one in . you won't get one ... reason being a rumour that at the cologne bike show a new forza 300 might be arriving . possibly simular shape an design as the 125 forza...
having an adventure before dementia !!!!!!!

Re: gossip time
good gossip, aha.
Re: gossip time
Would be nice and easy if they just stuck a 200 or 250 motor straight in the Forza 125.
If they are going to do a new 300 Forza, please let it be a 400.

Re: gossip time
Not seen any gossip on the FB Forza 125 page but just checked Dobles (UK dealer) and they list an OTR price of £4099 - considering it recently went up to around £4500 interesting to see the low OTR price (still high for a 125 mind but it's loved by all owners).

Re: gossip time
The price on the Honda website is now up to an eye watering £4566
£4099 at Dobles with 0% interest looks a bit better, but still a lot of money for what is after all only a 125.

Re: gossip time
Forza is missing now on the Honda Canada web page again. All that is left is the 2017 49cc Ruckus, the 2017 49cc Giorno and the 2017 PCX150. The only 2018 is a PCX150.
Honda USA still lists the 2012 & 2013 Silver Wing 600 (582), 2015 & 2016 Forza 300 (279), 2017 & 2018 PCX150 (153 !!!), and the 2016 & 2017 Metropolitan (49cc). NO RUCKUS? Again the only 2018 is a PCX150.
How much has the UK pollution laws affected the scooter market?

Not at all apart from the cheap Chinese ones going up in price because they now have EFI and combined brakes.davenowherejones wrote:How much has the UK pollution laws affected the scooter market?

Re: gossip time
125s rule in the UK due to the licence rules, no-one wants a 150.
Before you pass the test you're limited to a 125.
As soon as people pass their test they want more than a 150.
The Liberty 125 i-get is sold here:
http://www.uk.piaggio.com/piaggio/UK/en ... n-125.html
But its pretty low budget fare and not a patch on the Medley:
http://www.uk.piaggio.com/piaggio/UK/en ... n-125.html
Piaggio dealers in the UK can get 150s ordered in, but the demand for them is approximately nil.

Re: gossip time
An honest question: big difference in price between these two 125's. Why?gn2 wrote:125s rule in the UK due to the licence rules, no-one wants a 150.

Re: gossip time
The Medley is higher spec with a 10% more powerful liquid cooled four valve motor, a bigger fuel tank and room for two helmets under the seat.
When you see the two of them side by side in the flesh its immediately obvious why one costs more.
