forza mods
After riding my forza, I disliked the Honda tall windshield. I never did like looking through the windshield, but rather a shorter mid-tall windshield. So I just cut the extra tall length using my jig-saw and now able to see over the top. The wind still buffers my helmet a little, but not bad.
I also added a flame decal kit to the front fender for a more personal look. I think the scooter looks great.
I'm enjoying this forza more than the pcx.

Needs a skull now.
Re: forza mods
Strange mirrors. But to each his own.
Recommend the CB500X mirrors if you want a mod - keeps the Honda look.
Paint the inside of the stock short screen to get the Euro model Forza look.

Re: forza mods
That tie-down and 5 mile tow took a little over 60 minutes. Worked out to be almost $4 a minute.
Then a new over-sized tire, since no one carries the stock Forza tire. Plus install. Expensive morning's ride!
Piece of metal. Tire went flat in @ 1/2 mile.

Re: forza mods
I love my big mirrors, but to each his own. Hope I never experience a tow truck ride.

What on Earth is goin' on there, Fish? Did the man come and take your scooter away? Hate it when that happens...

Punctured rear tire on my morning ride. Piece of metal lying flat on the road....front tire flipped it up and embedded it in center of the rear tire. No way to patch the big slice....or emergency inflate to go a few miles to the dealer. Nearly new scooter and tire.montliz44 wrote:fish wrote:Strange mirrors. But to each his own.

Dangit ! Yep, I see the soft rear tire now. Well, at least you've had your quota of flats for the year now.

Re: forza mods
Not sure how bad your flat is but I accidentally rode my Forza down the Coquihalla (5000 ft to 200 ft) with a tire going flat. I was hitting 110 kmph. It seemed a little strange but I was having fork problems back then. All rides were strange.
I did not notice that it was totally flat until the next day. Then I started getting nauseous about what had happened.
Run flat tires on the Forza???

Re: forza mods
Tubeless tyres can stay up for quite a while with foreign objects imbedded in them before going flat.
I picked up a one inch phillips screw in the rear tyre of my SV and it stayed fully inflated for nearly a week till I plugged it.
On another occasion I got a 5mm thick bolt stuck right through the middle of the rear tyre of my Forza with about an inch sticking out.
I rode on for two miles to get to work, left it for eight hours then rode it to a shop to get fixed.
Again, the tyre stayed fully inflated.
